Sero is the Latin for ‘I sow’ and our strap line is ‘Catalyst for Change’ – perhaps it’s not surprising that we’ve become involved in enterprise education work.

We bring our track record in business, combined with an understanding of education and a particular focus on use of digital media to inspire, create and learn.

Enterprise was not even on the agenda when we trained as teachers. However, over the past few years, we have been privileged to work closely with schools, colleges and local authorities across the continuum of the 3 ‘E’s – engagement, enterprise and entrepreneurship. 

• School and College Activities – working with students and teachers to introduce enterprise experiences and real business contact in the context both of the curriculum and of their personal interests. 
  
• Industry Links – using industry contacts to engage businesses, sole traders and individual professionals with school and college activities and creating sustainable frameworks for ongoing engagement.
• The Wider Inclusion & Enterprise Agenda – working to ensure that good work inside the full time education system bears fruit in the ‘generation’ of enterprise and wellbeing in the broader community.
• Enabling Change – recognising that change must be embedded within the curriculum model, within both awards and alternative opportunity, within the organisation and within personal professional practice
