In May 2008, Sero Consulting achieved the Putting the Customer First® national standard for customer service.

 

Working through the process of achieving the standard encouraged us to look in detail at how we build, develop and maintain relationships with our customers, our awareness of the marketplace in which we operate, and our focus on the people who are responsible for delivering service to our customers.

 

By implementing the Customer First standard, we aim to embed excellence into our organisation and the way we provide our services. We are also committed to continuous improvement and welcome feedback on our performance.
