A total of 47 UK HE libraries out of 100 respondents, reported to the JISC LMS survey (December 2007) that they were involved to some degree in delivering ‘Web 2.0’ services (according to their own interpretation). A further 36 indicated they may be considering Web 2.0 in future plans. It was widely acknowledged that this is an area of development and delivery in which shared practice would reap immediate benefits.
The TILE Library 2.0 survey therefore seeks to assess whether the ‘Library 2.0 ‘mindset has taken root in the UK HE community, which institutions are engaged in ‘Library 2.0’ services and practice and what this means for them.
• What are HE libraries actually doing?
The survey is divided in to 3 parts
• Part A – Strategies, Activities and Tools
The first 50 complete responses will receive a £15 Amazon voucher.
