Linda Barton is a professional manager, with extensive experience in both the IT industry and the professional development arena.

Prior to joining Sero, Linda was Business Manager for an international training and development company specialising in the legal and financial sectors.

She has previously worked with the senior management team of a leading IT company where she had responsibility for the operations of a large customer services department.

Her main areas of expertise cover people management, including interviewing, counselling and team building, as well as business process and project management. She has extensive experience of co-ordinating a wide range of training programmes, conferences and events.
